Yes. You will require the domain EPP code and access to the administrative email account for the domain to approve the transfer. You may also need to unlock the domain to prepare for transfer.
If you don't know where to access this information, you may either refer to your existing registrar, or contact us for further assistance.
When you have the necessary information, first log-into your customer account. From the menu select "Domains" > "Transfer domains to us" and follow the instructions to initiate the transfer.
Note: transfers may take up to 7 days. During this time domain settings will be locked so no changes can be made while the domain is being transferred.
