Hourly, retrospective backups of all hosting accounts are generated automatically. Find instructions here restore a full or partial backup.
To create a full account backup (which may be downloaded and used to restore a full account later), first access cPanel from your customer account.
Select the "Backup Wizard", click the "Back Up" button then "Full Backup". Once the backup is complete, click the link to download.
Note that full account backups older than 30 days may be automatically deleted from the server without notice.
